As Vice President and Branch Manager of Bank of Georgetown's Friendship Heights location, Nicole Gilbert is responsible for managing customer accounts, training and coaching the staff, establishing and monitoring customer relations and overall branch operations.

Ms. Gilbert has been a vice president and branch manager with Bank of Georgetown since 2007 and has more than 14 years of experience in local banking. She works to make the account management process as easy and convenient for customers as possible and to provide them with the best financial services and solutions.

Before joining the Bank of Georgetown team, Ms. Gilbert was assistant branch manager for the NASA Federal Credit Union in Columbia, Md. Prior to that, she held positions at several other financial institutions including Navy Federal Credit Union in Vienna, Va., Colombo Bank in Bethesda, Md., and Maryland Federal Bank in Hyattsville, Md.

Ms. Gilbert attended Strayer University in Hanover, Md.
