Bank of Georgetown Hires Mickie Riley Levenson as Vice President and Commercial Lender
WASHINGTON, July 8, 2010 — Bank of Georgetown, a leading community bank chartered in Washington, D.C., has hired Michelle “Mickie” Riley Levenson as vice president and commercial lender in the bank’s commercial lending office in Gaithersburg, Md.

As a commercial lender, Levenson will be responsible for building and overseeing lending relationships with various businesses and organizations throughout the greater Washington area. She will work to provide customers with innovative and strategic lending services and will help further enhance the bank’s growing loan portfolio. Levenson has nearly 30 years of experience in the banking industry, most recently working with HarVest Bank of Maryland as vice president and relationship manager in Gaithersburg, Md.

Levenson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Delaware in Newark, Del., and also has a master’s in business administration with a concentration in finance and investments from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She serves as trustee for both The Dimick Foundation and The Anthony Lucas-Spindletop Foundation. She is also on the board of directors for Heroes, Inc.
